FirxtTech Limited (“FirxtTech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a company registered in Nigeria, operating at Lagos, Nigeria. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you visit firxttech.com (the “Site”) or use any of our services.
This policy is written to comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (“NDPR”), and reflects principles consistent with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) for visitors accessing the Site from outside Nigeria.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
1.1 Information you provide directly
- Contact and support forms — name, email address, phone number (if provided), issue type, and the content of your message.
- License quote requests— name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the products you've selected for a quote.
- Service engagements — if you become a client, we collect business information necessary to deliver services, such as company name, domain details, and Microsoft 365 tenant information where relevant.
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we use analytics tools that automatically collect certain information about your visit. See our Cookie Policy for full details. This includes:
- Microsoft Clarity — session recordings, click and scroll behaviour, and heatmap data, used to understand how visitors interact with the Site.
- Google Analytics — page views, session duration, device and browser type, approximate location (derived from IP address, which is anonymized), and referral source.
These tools only run if you accept analytics cookies via the consent prompt. You can decline, and the Site will function normally without them.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to enquiries, support requests, and quote requests
- Deliver the services you've requested or purchased
- Send transactional emails — for example, confirming a support request or quote
- Understand how visitors use the Site, so we can improve it
- Maintain records for accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not run advertising campaigns that target individuals based on this data.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal information on the following bases:
- Consent — for analytics cookies (Clarity, Google Analytics), which only activate after you accept via the cookie banner.
- Contract— when you submit a support request, quote request, or engage us for services, processing your information is necessary to respond and deliver what you've asked for.
- Legitimate interest — for record-keeping, fraud prevention, and maintaining the security of the Site.
4. Third Parties We Work With
We use the following third-party services to operate the Site and deliver our services. Each processes data under their own privacy policies:

For clients of our Microsoft 365 and IT services, we may also work with Microsoft (as the underlying platform provider) and our licensed distribution partners. We name these partners directly in service agreements where relevant.
5. Data Retention
- Contact and quote form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, and for up to 24 months afterward for record-keeping, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Client service records (for active engagements) are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and contractual obligations — typically up to 6 years.
- Analytics data(Clarity, Google Analytics) is retained according to each provider's default retention settings, typically 13–26 months.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time
- Object to certain types of processing

7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the Site, access controls on our systems, and working only with reputable third-party providers.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach occurs that affects your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
8. International Data Transfers
Some of our third-party providers (Brevo, Microsoft, Google, Railway) may process data on servers located outside Nigeria. Where this occurs, we rely on these providers' own compliance frameworks (such as Standard Contractual Clauses for EU data transfers) to ensure your information remains protected.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site and our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
