Technology that works,
built by someone who's broken a lot of it.
Firxttech started with one principle: try it, break it, fix it, understand it. That curiosity is still at the center of everything we build.
From fixing one PC at a time to building systems for businesses
Firxttech began as Windows support — the kind of work where you learn by doing. A laptop won't boot, a network keeps dropping, a business owner is losing files they can't get back. Each problem solved became a piece of a much bigger picture.
Over time, a pattern became clear: the businesses that struggled most weren't struggling because of bad products or bad ideas. They were struggling because their systems — email, file storage, communication, IT support — were scattered, informal, and held together by habit rather than design.
That's the gap Firxttech exists to close. Not by selling software for the sake of it, but by helping individuals and businesses build technology systems that actually hold up — whether that's a single Windows machine running smoothly, or a growing company's entire Microsoft 365 environment.
A few things we hold to
Diagnose before prescribing
We don't sell solutions looking for problems. Every engagement starts with understanding what's actually going on — sometimes that means recommending less than expected, sometimes more.
Systems, not quick fixes
A patched-over problem comes back. We aim for setups that hold up — properly configured, properly documented, properly handed over.
Plain language, always
Technology should be explained the way it's understood — not buried in jargon. If you don't understand what we did and why, we haven't finished the job.
